So, I had a 1 o’clock appointment yesterday For an alignmentand I showed up to my appointment on time and checked in. After sitting there just over two hours I spoke with the technician and he told me I was still about 30 minutes away from being finished so I decided to walk across the street to get a snack because I was starving. After two hours and 45 minutes had gone by they give me a call while I am sitting at George Grabbing a snack and tell me that they are unable to perform the Alignment Due to them getting a new Alignment machine, and my car was too low to get onto the machine. This would not Had been a huge problem if I didn’t already spend three hours sitting around and also if they would have handled it a little bit better. They told me that I could go to their store 30 minutes away that had a different machine and I asked if I would have to wait another three hours and they said “ I’m not sure, you’ll just have to call them” If I was the manager, I would have called the store myself and told them that I had a customer who already waited three hours and I would have asked the manager at the other store If they could expedite me to try to make up for their incompeten

Best place I have ever taken my vehicle. They are consistent, honest, friendly, transparent, and extremely reasonable price wise. Can't ask for anything better than that. Since moving to Pensacola, I have bought new tires from them, new brakes, alignment, list goes on. Called 5 other places in town comparing prices of tires and warranty.... they had the best deal. Thanks for Vannoys for taking care of my child aka my forever vehicle aka my Tacoma 😂🫶🌮 🛻

I’ve been dealing with Vannoy’s for almost 20 yrs. I recently had to have my car towed to them to fix. I called on a Friday mid morning. From that very first call asking if they had time to take a look at it to the time I picked it up was approximately 24 hrs. They kept me up to date on Every. Single. Step!! I cannot recommend them enough. Their professionalism is top tier!!! 👏🏼🫶🏼

We had to have a stud replaced on the front of our van while visiting here from Tennessee. These guys got it done quick for us at a low cost. Very polite and professional. My mom and brother live here in Pensacola and recommended Vannoys for us. Great service!

I waited for a week to get this issue resolved, to no avail 👎. I may have not been fair to the Technicians they are 5 star people, they have been great and can provide only the service that the shop provides special tools for !
